The Adjustable Scaffolding Screw Base Jack is the critical foundation for ensuring stability on uneven ground. Manufactured by Hebei Taihe, our jacks are engineered to provide a level bearing surface for various Scaffolding Systems (such as Ringlock & Cuplock). Unlike standard bases, our cold-rolled thread technology ensures smooth adjustment up to 1100mm.

A: Solid jacks (30-34mm) are stronger, for bridge/heavy engineering. Hollow jacks (38mm) are lighter and cheaper, perfect for general building.
A: It depends on the extension length. Typically, a 38mm hollow jack has a SWL of 40-50kN at 300mm extension.
A: Yes. Standard is 150x150mm, but we can make 120x120mm or larger, with thickness from 4mm to 8mm.
A: We recommend Hot Dip Galvanized for outdoor use (long life). Electro-galvanized is cheaper but better for indoor/dry use.
A: Our MOQ is usually 500 pcs. However, you can mix different items (Couplers, props) in one container.
