The Adjustable Scaffolding Screw Base Jack is the critical foundation for ensuring stability on uneven ground. Unlike standard bases, our cold-rolled thread technology ensures smooth adjustment up to 1100mm.

Q: Solid vs Hollow: Which to choose?
A: Solid jacks (30-34mm) are stronger, for bridge/heavy engineering. Hollow jacks (38mm) are lighter and cheaper, perfect for general building.
Q: What is the load capacity?
A: It depends on the extension length. Typically, a 38mm hollow jack has a SWL of 40-50kN at 300mm extension.
Q: Can you customize the base plate?
A: Yes. Standard is 150x150mm, but we can make 120x120mm or larger, with thickness from 4mm to 8mm.
Q: What is the surface treatment?
A: We recommend Hot Dip Galvanized for outdoor use (long life). Electro-galvanized is cheaper but better for indoor/dry use.
Q: Is there a MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is usually 500 pcs. However, you can mix different items (Couplers, props) in one container.
Q: How do you ensure the nut fits?
A: We use cold-rolled threads and test every single Jack Nut on the line to ensure it spins smoothly without jamming.
